[The Shadow Box] Truth or Dare, Part Deux

To be perfectly honest, I don't know much about how the show went — because I didn't see it. All I know is that they received a standing ovation, much like last night. Once again, I was backstage …

I'll skip all the crap. I got to make out with Lizzy! Wow, that was fun. It gets more involved than that, but I'll shorten it as much as possible. Basically, once Natalie dared her to do it, Lizzy started laughing. After she calmed down (which took a while), she told us that Jamie had told her that I was the worst kisser ever, and that she had said this BEFORE we broke up. As ashamed as I am, this hurt my ego — very much. But I tried not to think about it. What was kinda cool was that I made out with Andra and Lizzy in the same week …

Anyway, after the show, many of us went to Old Chicago. The original plan was to go to the Blue Note Coffee House, but it was packed, so we migrated over to Old Chicago. After a while, only Megan, Andra and I were left. We had some time to kill and none of us wanted to go home, so we went to Lory and played air hockey for a while. Then Megan had to go home, so we dropped her off.

For no apparent reason, Andra and I decided to drive around. Seeing as how time "flies" when you're in the car (right), we were out until about 2am. We just talked, and talked, and talked.

After some time, we got into the subject of relationships, and I broached the question of whether she liked me or not. Her answer was interesting. She said she didn't know — which I guess isn't really good or bad. She asked me the same thing, and I was totally honest. I told her that I had always liked her. It was kinda strange just laying myself out like that, but it was okay …

Anyway, around 2, I took her home. And, being exhausted and confused, I drove home and collapsed into bed.
