The majority of the day didn't actually go too bad. At lunch, Megan and I went out to sit in my car and I realized that I had left my lights on for 4 hours! Megan said that the battery would be re-charged by 2, so I wasn't too worried about it…
After work, I had to go meet my mom to get the insurance on the new car taken care of. The only problem was that the car wouldn't start! So I talked to Kim Bowers (one of the Campus Security Officers) and she told me that another CSO would be out to jump the car. She never showed…
I found Kim again in the office and she came out to help me. When we got the cables on the car, it started HAILING! So yeah, that was fun.
I got down to the insurance agent's office as soon as I could, no mom. I waited around for about an hour, between going to the car dealership (to have them take a look at something w/ the car) and going to the bank.
No mom.
So yeah, the hour or so in the *rain* was a lot of fun.
We got through rehearsal, which was about as much fun as pulling toenails out with rusty pliers, and afterwards, Richard and I talked about some issues we had with how things were going.
I'm so glad the day is over.
