Work wasn't too bad today.
We finally got our new student, Darin [last name omitted for security reasons]. Hmm… all I can really say is that things aren't gonna be so easy in our program now. Darin is gonna be a handful.

Megan and I talked at lunch, as usual. And we got into a tiff because I made her feel bad about not calling me yesterday. We calmed down, though, and talked through it.
She went with me again to rehearsal, and we had a good time. Tonight was the first time that the cast was supposed to be off-book (meaning having lines memorized). God, it was awful! But it was the first night, so we all had a good laugh with it. Oh my god, I saw the costume that, as the pizza delivery boy, I'm going to wear. What an atrocious shirt. But whadda you expect, being the 70s. Oh well… Damn, it's funny!
I took Megan home after rehearsal, and while there, I was showing her how to post entries in Megan's Corner. Her dad came down and muttered something about not approving, then went back upstairs. I felt really bad about getting her in trouble, but she told me not to worry about.
All things considered, not a bad day, for a Monday, after all.…
