This week­end, I'm hav­ing a bit of an impromptu excur­sion down south to see a cou­ple of friends, and hope­fully, clear my mind out a bit.

The past few weeks have been.…well.…difficult, and it's been sug­gested by said friends that this will do me some good. I'm start­ing to agree with them.

Noth­ing bet­ter than a good friend or two, new places to see, and vary­ing amounts of drink­age and gos­sip to help calm the soul.
