I don't really have much to say about Christ­mas this year. It's almost over, and as far as I'm con­cerned, that's a good thing. This last quar­ter of '06 has been less than favor­able toward yours truly, and I can't wait to ring in 2007.

That said, I wish a happy $celebratory_holiday to each and every one of my friends and fam­ily, all over the world. And whether you see this or not, please know that even if I don't say it as often as I should, my life is bet­ter because you are in it. A pros­per­ous hol­i­day to all of you.

Here's a truly won­der­ful ren­di­tion of "O Holy Night," a musi­cal Christ­mas trib­ute to the city of New Orleans as heard on Stu­dio 60 on the Sun­set Strip. I've never seen the show, but this piece is absolutely beautiful.
